BAKING/CUISINE (CHINESE)
This class introduces the students to popular international and Taiwanese baking and cooking recipes. $30 non-refundable materials fee paid to the instructor on the first day of class.
CAKE DECORATING AND SUGAR ARTS Classes are designed for all: Home-makers, Hobbyists and returning students who enjoy learning new skills and techniques. New students will start as Level 1 students and will learn professional baking hints and the fundamentals of cake decorating. Emphasis is placed on piping skills.
Levels 2 and 3 students will create attractive artistic cakes with emphasis being placed on creating piped butter cream blossoms, buds, and foliage arrangements directly on cakes. Topics will include Stencils, Masks, and Airbrushing. Cakes and icings are made at home and brought to class.
